All refund, transfer, and cancellation requests must be submitted by March 26, 2026 to the ODA via email to conference@oregondental.org. A $25 handling fee will be charged for all tuition refunds. Registration transfers will be accepted for the same year without penalty. Workshop and additional course fees are nonrefundable. Refund requests will not be granted for any reason after 11:59 pm on Thursday March 26, 2026.
